Faust and Mephistopheles, sequence. End of Faust II!
This scene immediately follows, without pause, the last scene of the Faust and Worry Sequence. The ending, in the theater, was spectacular. These photos are treasures. Such a production as this one will never happen again. It was a miracle that it was able to happen then. I attended it twice, along with rehearsals. My photos of this production are probably my most precious photos. The whole production was essentially one great, extended sculpture by the great sculptor Bernard Heiliger

who did the stage settings, the masks, the costumes, everything! He was magnificent and a great friend.
