Harkness Ballet soloist Brunilda Ruiz performs "Feast of Ashes"

Principal Brunilda Ruiz as Adela, the youngest daughter of the House of Bernarda Alba. Adela is left alone after her sister's engagement to Pepe el Romano. Her hands express her inner conflict between her intense desire for el Romano and the repression imposed by her family and Church.
